hi all, , my private blood for cortisol was 893, range is 171-536 does anyone know what this means ive still too make gp apt x

It means you've got high cortisol. You could be having a low cortisol issue at other times in the day though. If it's all highs (best get a 24hr saliva adrenal test to make sure) you are at an early stage of adrenal insufficiency. You'll be further down the path of you've a mixture of highs and lows.
