Having checked the ingredients I would say be careful.

Iodine will inflame your thyroid if you have Hashimotos, and could increase the need for a thyroid med dose adjustment.

Adrenal powder is like playing with fire. I recently took NAX and my adrenals levels have raised but are now producing too adrenaline....hence I can never sleep.!

I can't find a list of ingrédients that mentions iodine, but the other ingrédients... well, it's just a product made to get the money - have you seen the price??? - out of inoccent people who know nothing about thyroid, but who are worried about if for some reason. Whether any of that stuff would actually help would depend on so many things - for one thing, why you are hypo. And if you aren't hypo but just want to 'support' your thyroid, there are better, cheaper ways.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Putting 'adrenal powder' and 'thyroid powder' in the same tablet seems a bit heavy-handed to me. No, Don't waste your money, swkenzie.

I took it to treat my low thyroid AFTER having my metabolism crash after taking methimazole for Grave's disease. I was gaining 5-10 lbs of fluid and Mucin every 6 weeks.

Thyromine was a lifesaver. It stopped me from gaining weight. So, I was able to plateau. It also raised my TSH a little, (from 0.04-0.98) which helped A LOT for me and it or my body was able to tweak my T3 and T4.

I only needed to take it for 5 months. It takes about 1 month for it to assimilate into your system.
