Read my comments on your other post. Treat adrenals first then thyroid meds

Do you mean you feel bad just before your daily medication is due, or after about 6 weeks when a new blood test is due.

What dose do you take? Do you have a print-out of your latest blood tests with the ranges? Post if you have them, if not get a print-out from the surgery and post on a new question. When were you diagnosed?

Farie, if you feel the meds have worn off when your next dose is due it may be that you are feeling a lack of T3 (in Whole Thyroid) as it has a very short half life of a few hours in the blood. You could try splitting the Whole Thyroid 65mg tablet into 2 doses 6-12 hours apart to see whether that helps.

Farie, splitting the Whole Thyroid into 2 doses should help with that.
