Another horrid adrenal surge today causing a faint and now feeling really unwell. have been suffering real anxiety for weeks so guess this is result?.how do you get anxiety/palpitations under control while on lowish dose of levo 125?

Marmie, 125mcg Levothyroxine isn't a low dose. Nevertheless, undermedication can cause anxiety and palpitations just as over medication does. Can you post your recent thyroid results so we can see whether you are optimally medicated.
