I am hypo patient and on thyroxine. My tsh level is 0.6 ,range is 0.4 _4.9.Is this level is optimal? I feel some tiredness.What should I do?

The only way it would confirm to me if a member is on optimum medication is if she or he is feeling well. If GPs restrict the patient due to the TSH only the patient may never feel well.
Many of us feel much better when the TSH is around 1 or below, or suppressed. Maybe the GP would consider adding some T3 to your T4. In fact, I would say the TSH is not the best way to diagnose as it varies throughout the 24 hours.
Did you have your appointment first thing and didn't take levothyroxine before?
I am assuming that you have only been test for TSH? It might be better if your GP could ask for FT3 and FT4 readings and if he says no then could you have it done privately? That would show if you need an increase in dose or may be have a conversion problem. Either way we could then give you better advice.
