Well t'day I'd taken 1 grain at 7.30am & 1/2 at 12 noon & I feel much better.. The only thing I had to do was stretch my calf muscles every so often.. Kinda felt like when carbohydrates leave your body on a high protein diet.. If that makes sense!!! What a total different day from yesterday!!
