Since my meds were reduced my biggest issue has been a huge belly. I look ready to give birth! I have had a puffy face with a saggy jaw which has improved a little. I put on around 4 stone. Does it ever go?

If you can get a print-out of your latest blood test results, with the ranges and post for comments. I think you are being neglected. They have no reason to reduce your dose according to the TSH only.
If you've not had a blood test recently ask for a new one TSH, T4, T3, Free T4 and Free T3. If he asks why, say you want to have no symptoms and if your T3 is low you may not be converting sufficiently.
It was increased during pregnancy and reduced after my daughter was born. I should have said that I have had blood tests which shows T3 is fine but T4 shows 'normal' but everyone's help on here suggests I need an increase. GP suggested I do a trial of an extra 25mcg. I have been on 150mcg for 15 years. I used to take Thyroxine. I could be wrong but I think my tablets were 100mcg but my Levothyroxine tablets are 50mcgs, so although I still take 3 tablets I think I am on half the dose but it's so long ago I might be mistaken. I am two weeks into an increased dose.
Hi Pine Bunny, the 3.5 stone I put on with hypo would not shift on levo even after three years of taking it bar a short period when I was initially optimised but they said my dose was too high and reduced it. I later ignored them and took the higher dose again but I did not loose any weight second time around and felt awful. I switched to NDT after much research into it and took vit d because I was very deficient. I also went gluten free. The weight fell off me really fast I have lost about 2.75 stone since May this year, bhudda belly banished
What is ndt?
