I was so unwell on levothyroxine and when Endo added 10mcg of T3 to a reduced T4 and the chemist gave me Eltroxin (the only Brand of levo instead of the generic) it felt miraculous. I then went on my own and the more I dropped levo and increased T3 the better I became. The fact too was that the brand Eltroxin (levo was halted and replaced with the generic levo which didn't have the same effect although Mercury Pharma stated that Eltroxin/geneic levo was 'exactly' the same - definitely wasn't as others who took it have clarified too.

Blood tests only give us information of what's in the blood not how the patient is feeling and that's a huge difference. I do hope the Endo you are going to see will at least add some T3. I hope he's not a 'modern' in that he only takes into account the TSH and not the ailments the poor suffering patient lives with on a 24 hour basis.

Oh I hope he/she akes my ailments into account too... I've been feeling rubbish for far to long. I'm on 125 of Levo fir 21 years x

I am sorry you have been unwell all that time and I do hope the Endo is able to alleviate your symptoms.
