Levothyroxine ingredients

Hi everyone does anyone know of any brand of levothyroxine without maize starch? Any help on this would be brilliant thankyou!

Have you checked the medications page on the main website? All UK levothyroxines with ingredients are listed. I suspect the liquid will be free of maize.

The only stuff I know of is the liquid variety, its a pain as it only has a 3 week shelf life and you soon feel like you are constantly either at the doctors or in the chemists!! There are two versions, one with lactose and one without....

Which one has lactose? I thought all the standard UK licensed liquid products were lactose-free. For these products, they have much longer shelf-life than three weeks. Indeed, liquid Eltroxin has an eight-week life after opening.

I don't know, I was on liquid thyroxine for a couple of years and at first it had sugar in it, (you could tell by the sugar crystals caked around the top) I complained and then I got the everything - less liquid stuff.
