Hi Folks, I have noticed a few people have mentioned sleeping on a " wedge" and wondered if it would help me.
Where would you buy one?
Cheers

Don't know what problem you have but I must have tried every pillow invented - apart from a wedge. It is my neck that causes the problem. I am now using a John Lewis silk filled pillow and it is very good. I need a fairly flat pillow that I can mould until I'm comfortable. I couldn't afford the full silk pillow they sell, with my pillow history I wasn't prepared to spend that much money. I had already splashed out on Dunlopillo pillows (useless for me). Good luck, the quest for the perfect pillow is a long one.
Hi fruitandnutcase, Your pillow sounds good,Im always looking for the perfect pillow! At the moment I'm trying a pillow filled with wool, it's very good as you can remove the wool until you find it comfortable, after many attempts of taking out wool ,putting a bit more back I've found a great pillow!
I have used a Tempur shaped pillow for years now, which supports your neck and keeps your spine in alignment. Perfect sleep and I take it away with me because I struggle to sleep now, with ordinary pillows without that neck support.
Yes I have a Tempur pillow, I love it, I take it with me when I stay anywhere in the UK. They cost £85 and I thought I was going mad spending that much but it's the best thing I ever did and the following month bought another one for hubby. John Lewis sell a lot of them, they have a bed so you can lie down and try pillows.

Thanks for your replies everyone. I have had neck problems for years and like you all have tried most things.
I have a long neck but also need to be raised up so I sleep on two pillows
( awkward that's me lol)
Trouble is I don't want to spend a fortune again.
Regards
Mary
