TSH within range and T4 also but the T4 should be nearer the top end of the range rather than the bottom end and it is said that the TSH should be nearer to 1 for optimum health.

However as the figures fall within the ranges, your doctor will tell you your results are normal.

Ferritin and folate could do with increasing, guess you are supplementing with b12?

Freet4 too low if you are taking thyroid meds, tsh is too high. If you are not taking thyroid meds, you really should be.

As Galathea says - when I had results like yours, I was very unwell indeed.

TSH is high and T4 is low. My T4 was 15 on last blood test (dropped from 21) and I still have hypo symptoms and chronic fatigue. Would say, you may benefit from some thyroixine to get your TSH down and your T4 up. To get a full picture, be worth asking for a thyroid anti bodies and a T3 test. I was diagnosed in 2009 and send of for my medical notes, and they showed that doc never did an antibodies test.
