Just for the fun of it, I am seeing if I can actually manage to post my results in a table. Not holding out much hope but here goes...

Weird way to have fun, but it worked perfectly.... I can even read the table on my iPad!

Ferritin is a bit on the low side....... How are you feeling and what are you doing to raise it?

Hi Galathea, I am taking iron, but my endo wants me to stop, to see if the levels drop. I posted my results earlier today, but the table didn't work, so I just wanted to see if I could manage the table. I am loathed to stop the iron, may ask my GP.

Hmmm.... I would ask him to explaine the rationale behind hs thinking in a way you ( and we ) can understand. You don't have to do anything regarding medication unless you clearly understand why . Its called informed consent.

It may be that he thinks you are not taking up the iron from the suppliments.

If the endo cannot explain adequately then he us just wildly guessing and you do not have to be a guinea pig for his experimentation.

MidnightBlue, it's worked perfectly. Did you use an excel or word spreadsheet?

I did the table in word on my computer, emailed it to myself and opened the email on my ipad. The table had disappeared, only the text was visible. One of the options on the side of the screen was "open in pages" ( the ipad version of word). I tapped it, and the table appeared! I then took a screen shot of the table, and added it to my post as a photo. Reading back through this post, it sound more complicated than it was!

And I can even read it on smartphone! Well done.

That's fantastic, I'm really impressed. Must give it a try myself some day.

I really like this idea of a table displaying blood results. It could be a very useful document to take to your GP and discuss how you are feeling and show the comparison of blood results. Well done Midnight Blue.

Not what you're looking for?
