Shazmcm, welcome to the forum.

Your symptoms sound hypothyroid and may also be due to deficient vitamin D and folate which will improve in a few weeks with the supplements you're taking. Please post your thyroid results with lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after the results) to help members advise/comment.

Pins and needles can also be caused by B12 deficiency. Was B12 tested?

Shazmcm, Your TSH and FT4 are in the normal range but are also at levels where you can be experiencing hypothyroid symptoms. Unfortunately the BTA guidelines state that TSH should be >5 before a hypothyroid diagnosis is made.

Adopting a gluten-free diet and taking selenium and iodine supplements can lower TSH and may improve your symptoms in the meantime. healthimpactnews.com/2014/e...

B12 can be normal anywhere in the range 190-900. You need to know your result as it is recognised that symptoms of B12 deficiency can be experienced when B12 is <500.

Pins and needles and fatigue can also be caused by low B1.

Who says your thyroid function is OK? You are obviously getting symptoms so something has to be wrong. Blood tests are usually not worth the paper they are written on and you need a full examination and a check up of your medical history and your familiy's medical history!!

Are these normal levels

If you are not on any thyroid hormone, some people can function at those levels BUT I would feel awful on both but I am taking thyroid hormone. Normally you want your FT3 and FT4 in the high part of the range to feel good. GP's don't care how you feel if they can write off your paper work. This article might help you understand.
