It looks like my adrenals and thyroid are exhausted despite being in the normal NHS range. I have been advised to get my TH3 and 4 tested. This is all new to me. I'm sure I am opening a Pandora's box! Isn't if challenging when fatigue and cog fog is the most problematic symptom? Any advice, sorely appreciated.

If you'd care to post your recent thyroid and adrenal results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after the result) members will comment/advise.
