Could be an infection of some sort. Best to see your GP.
Thanks...but could it be do to hypothyrodism?!
Long standing myxoedema/ overt hypothyroidism can cause frequent infections but unlikely with subclinical hypothyroidism.
First line of action, as others have said, is to make a GP appointment rather than worrying unnecessarily.
Any discharge from the nipple needs to be seen by a GP
Just one question, have you had any piercing done on your nipple??
Sounds like you have a nasty infection, so you need antibiotics.
It must be sooo painful for you.
Like the others have said, you need to see your GP.
Let us know how you get on, take care of yourself.
