I have set up a FB group Fat and thirty going on fit and forty, after a long year of illness still not 100% i have out it out there to lose weight warts and all....my friend has suggested i get sponsored to do this by a worthwhile charity and would love to do this for thyroid uk via just giving? can anyone please help x
