What should optimal levels of ferritin and vitamin D be with Hashis and what are best products to raise?

VitD is considered optimal or replete >75. Gel caps are better than tablets. I use Now Foods 5,000iu after correcting vitD deficiency with loading and maintenance doses in November/January. Over dosing is rare if you take <8,000iu daily.

Ferritin ideally will be above half way in range. Ferrous Fumarate has been recommended here, taken with 1000mg vitC to aid absorption. Spatone is gentler on the stomach and recommended for those who are constipated by taking iron.
