TSH 0.75 taking 1.25 mcg levothyroxine Dr wouldn't test T3 or T4 Have numbness pins needles feel lightheaded and tired. Can anyone advise?

Have you had your ferritin, calcium, vitamin D, B12 and folate checked? Low ferritin can cause dizziness and low calcium, B12 and vitD can cause numbness, tingling, muscle weakness & joint pain. All can cause fatigue when deficient or low.

Many GPs and labs no longer test FT4 and FT3 when TSH is in range. Private testing is availabe from Blue Horizon and Genova via thyroiduk.org
