I don't understand what you mean by "ump".

Numb , no feeling. Thanks , I will ask my dr. Does taking b12 vitamins help?

My B12 was low in range, about 370 I think, 1000-2,000mcg daily has helped me. I used Jarrow's sublingual lozenges bought from Amazon. There is a pinned link for Amazon which benefits TUK.
