Maybe a stupid ? . !! If you take your levo with meals and other med ,would it still show up in your bloods as your in normal range but t4 not being absorbed into cells

If you take meals etc with your thyroid gland medication, it can interfere with the uptake of levo. That's why it is recommended you take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water and wait up to 1 hour before eating.

The purpose of T4 levothyroxine (inactive hormone) is to convert to enough T3 (active hormone) which goes into the cells. If there's not enough T3 to saturate each cell, you will be unwell.
