Hi Clutter,
In a similar vein, here's one i found about TSH levels being a possible predictor for Thyroid

And an older article about Thyrotropin receptor mRNA as an indicator for thyroid cancer:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/152...
In my experience so far, it does not seem like using these other 'indicators' are standard practice applied in cases of indeterminate nodules.
