Synacthen Test Results

My results came back as 765, no explanation other than I am normal! This was taken at 10am in the morning, can anybody shed any further light?

Hi Boatseller, I had to fight to get a proper result for my test I rang the endo.'s secretary and tried explaining that my GP needed the figures for future treatment. The call went on a while,in the end she said I seemed distressed so she gave them to me. I believe it is the difference in the figures which are most important.

I can't really answer your question, unfortunately, as I was also told that I was "normal" - my result showed I was over range for cortisol before the test, then even more over range after the test, but the percentage increase was low. According to everything I had read, this should flag up a bit of interest from someone, but apparently not.
