Now had blood tests done all 3 just in rang but still have foggy head and sleep 24\7. Now on 125

We need a bit more information. If you could please get a copy of your blood test results, with the ranges and post them for members to comment on them.

Also, I assume you have been prescribed levothyroxine.

serum free t3 level 6L [3.8 - 6.0 low serum free t4 level 17pmol/L [8.21 ] serum free t sh level 046L [o.35 -3.50

I am not medically qualified but your results look o.k. to me.

I would ask your GP if 10mcg of T3 could be added to a reduction of 50mcg levo. If he refuses, tell him there is an article in Pulse Online that Dr Toft says some may need the addition of T3 to feel better. We can provide a copy of the article for him to consider, if he wont prescribe.
