did ongoing stress have effect on t3 and tsh level.my tsh got increase a little and ft3 reduce while ongoing stress of 3 months.it is nrmal?

Stress depletes cortisol levels - optimal cortisol levels are needed to synthesise thyroid meds. So yes

Yes, absolutely. It's increased cortisol due to stress that causes T4 to convert to reverse T3 not free T3 which the body needs. Also bare in mind being under medicated can cause it's own stress on the body.
