Hi, I started taking hydrocortisone 11 years ago. I felt calmer immediately but for the first two weeks had a sore throat and felt a bit as if I had a mild cold.

After that period, I noticed a lot of improvement, could cope with stress better, didn't feel tearful, felt stronger.
