Has anyone tried topical Hydrocortisone cream 1% for adrenal issues / low cortisol?

I am not advocating anyone do this because you really need to know what you are doing - BUT has anyone tried using OTC topical hydrocortisone cream for low adrenal reserves that have not responded to adaptogens? (based on salivary cortisol profile results, not guess work!)

I would be very interested in any feedback. Ta x

Can I ask, what time did you take it and at what dose? Was this based on cortisol test results?

What meds do you take for your thyroid issue?
