As Jane says, reference ranges are really important for us to be able to tell where there is a problem however we can see that had TSH is too high anyway, indicating hypothyroidism. If you are trying to conceive her TSH will need to be below 2 in most cases and possibly even lower. With a TSH that high she should really be treated for hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism could be the reason she is having trouble conceiving.
