Ideally you should get tested before taking supplements, so you know which one's you actually are low in. (once you start taking them you may not find out). I had a peek at your previous post - & the advice to take them away from thyroxine. J :D

I think the B vitamins are recommended especially B12 but you should take the whole gamut of B's when supplementing. You could take trace minerals but some are using magnesium topically and think it absorbs rather well. Omega 3's are essential oils which means your body cannot make them and you must get from food. How much salmon or mackeral do you eat? If not, either flaxseed or fish oil would provide that. Many areas without much sunshine render people very low in vitamin D. A doctor should not argue about a few blood tests.
