Tmi but thyroid/graves' symptoms during period?

I'm noticing a pattern. I feel okay, my goitre shrinks & then my period comes (sorry) my goitre swells to double the size, I'm thyroid exhausted (different to up all night with bubs exhausted), I'm an emotional wreck (more so than usual period havoc), then it goes and I gradually improve. For three weeks Could this be connected? xo
