I've started working out 4/5 a wk since about November noticing "symptoms" getting my blood checked on Wednesday but just lookin for opinions. I'm doing metafit which is 20 minutes intense workouts. It's meant to speed up metabolism.. My issues are hypo symptoms.

Carrie, I am not quite sure what you mean. I looked at your profile but it doesn't give any information. Are you hypo are you on medication?
If you are hypothyroid your metabolism will be slow till you are on optimum medication. By taking thyroid gland hormones you are trying raise your metabolism so I am not sure whether intensive exercise is the most suitable. This is a link

do you happen to know your most recent blood test results? as mentioned above,, unless your optimal, it's tough going, and even then,, it's not easy. plus,, could you perhaps take it down a notch and do 3 times a week max with rest day in between ...something like that. more isn't always better. especially with us hypo folk,,
Hi thanks! Getting new blood tomorrow so will no by Friday. It's mostly hypo traits I'm experiencing. Uh why can't it ever be easy..
