Does anyone else have days or times in the day when you can't stop yawning? I'm having this at the moment, I know it's related to being hypo but is it a sign that meds need increasing?

Yes it can be a sign of under medication, my friend used to know whe she needed her next dose of T3 by her yawning and I have recently changed my brand of T4 and am having to judge the right dosage, which has definately left me slightly under medicated and yawning.

Thanks for replies Moggie and Tatty I am on Levo and Erfa and have recently had to reduce my Erfa as my FT3 was slightly raised so at the moment I'm adjusting doses and I yawn before my next dose of Erfa is due and towards the evening too. Does anyone know the science/ theory behind the yawning symptom in hypo?
