Any help with the following results would be much appreciated. Vitamin B12 373 (141 - 489) Serum Folate 45.4 (10.4 - 42.4)

Debs, have you been supplementing folate? Or are you just good at eating leafy green stuff? As far as I know, no problems with a lot of folate.

The range for b 12 looks a bit odd, normally we all try and be over 600 but that would put you over the ranges.. Even so, you probably need to be at the top of the range. Are you taking any b12 suppliment?

Thanks for replying, no I haven't been supplementing folate or b12 and rarely eat greens.

I have an underactive thyroid and take 125mcgs of Levothyroxine and my bloods are "in range" but I am still very tired all the time so had my b12 and folate tested privately. Very confused by the results.
