hi i buy tesco. own brand 14 for one pound i find them ok
Have you tried all the available OTC antihistamines? I have lots of histamine problems and always keep the following generic OTC varieties in my medicine cupboard. You can buy the generics quite cheaply in supermarket pharmacies.
Cetirizine (branded versions include Piriteze, Zirtek)
Loratidine (branded versions include Claritin)
Chlorphenamine (branded version Piriton)
Chlorphenamine is short acting and can cause drowsiness, so might be helpful to take before bed. The other two are less likely to cause drowsiness (although some people do get drowsy with them).
If you've tried all of the above with no success, then you may need to ask your GP for a prescription only one such as Fexofenadine. nhs.uk/medicine-guides/page...
