Do you mean carbimazole with levothyroxine? If so then yes you can. It is called 'block and replace' I am being treated tht way for Graves' disease ( overactive thyroid with antibodies) . Basically you are given enough Carbimazole to block out thyroid function then given levothyroxine to replace it.
