Can't really explain, breathing is not difficult just different....like shallow. I feel like I'm on the edge of sleep but it won't come and my body is kind of on edge. Last 2 nights I've been like this and I never ever feel refreshed on waking anymore.

Falling Asleep, weird feeling like I'm 'wired/buzzing' and my breathing is hard
When I feel like that I eat a banana with some hot milk go for a walk around the block. Back home a bath with Epsom salts and then I sleep soundly
Wired /buzzing can be a Hyper symptom, are you on Levo or other Hypo meds ? if so could be too much.
I'm on Levo, only 75mg though, I've been on this since March, still aching though...
I would ask for a thyroid gland blood test if you haven't had one since March. If you have had one, get a print-out of the results complete with ranges and post on a new question for members to comment. Also ask for a Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate. We are entitled to copies of our blood tests.
I had a TSH test (that's all they do the bare min) and it was 1.8 so no change in meds, will see how I get on if it becomes regular then I'll be going back. I would need a full appointment (hard to get) and very persuasive skills to get those tests.
If you get a booklet by Dr Toft, ex President of the BTA. Some Chemists have it in stock or Amazon. It has been recommended by a few people (Thyroid Disorders).
I have also read in another article that Dr Toft states:-
The appropriate dose of levothyroxine is that which restores euthyroidism and serum TSH to the lower part of the reference range – 0.2-0.5mU/l.
