B12 and Folate - what is the relationship please? My B12 is 606 (191 - 946). Does this mean all is well? Many thx. Jx

I believe b12 and folate are required for healthy red blood cells and to prevent anaemia. Whilst the B12 range is large for people without Hypothyroidism, my Endo suggests I keep my B12 up above 400.
