Dosage?

I was started on 25mg and I've just had it increased to 50mg.

How long did it take of increasing dosage until you got to the correct dosage?

It can take 18-24 months to find the right level, not unusual to be up and down with doses along the way and even after years you will stay have to juggle the dose at times.

Hi Usually frequent retests, then on the results rises in meds, until you feel better and bloods good.

Your medication is raised gradually until your clinical symptoms subside but some GP's insist on keeping you within the 'reference range' and ignore the symptoms which means some may be permanently unwell.. Some need less medication and some more so it all depends.

You should have a blood test about every 6 weeks and an increase till you feel better.
