Thanks for posting. I am sure if will be of interest to many members.
Hi Sandusky,
I have just skimmed through this and found it very interesting. As it happens I was going to post a question about temps.I'm taking 100 mcg. T4 and 20 mcg T3 divided during the day,so 50 mcg at bed time.Morning temps are at best 36 while during the day they vary until bed time when they are around 35.So is it wilsons? I don't know. I'm keeping notes at present for my next GP appointment. It will be interesting to see what he says.
Thinking on, Last night when I took my temp. at bed time,I thought it would be high as I was feeling very warm (strange for me who even at this time of year sits with a rug over my knees.) It was just under 35.???
Have a look at this practioners website. She is based in East Sussex, Dr Jean Hailing. I cant recommend her personally but looking at what she does could be very interesting to those with low temps. It infers that once the basal temp goes back to normal that syptoms can be reduced or even got rid of. I also have low temp with lots of hypothyroid symptoms and am looking at this seriously. Also look into the benefits of coconut oil - this looks promising too. All the best with this Ai x
That is interesting, thanks.
