I have been stable on 100mcgs Levo for two years but now feel hypo again. Is it possible to crash again after being stable this long?

Yes it is possible. It may be that your adrenals have propped you up and are now exhausted, it may be that you have lost the ability to convert the t4 into t3... (Weight loss can do this)... Or you may be low on iron, b12. D3, selenium,

All can affect t4 t3 conversion and uptake.... It may also be that your thyroid has stopped working and the dose you are now on is simply too low.
