after 2 sleepless nights (from pain and discomfort in abdomen-after op)today I woke with

my neck feeling v stiff,tight and painful .my 2 dogs are still very sad looking and I know they sense something is amiss.my throat feel sore and pain on swallowing,i have my drs apt on 5th sept but should I see another today fro a second opinion?(did lose weight a year ago in arms and legs and this was ignored.)

believe it is a thyroid issue from symptoms seeing my DR on Monday
