Hi there mags777,

The variation in the TSH could simply be down to having the blood taken at a different time of day, but the lowering of the T4 is odd, did you not take your Levo the day before, maybe?

You don't mention whether you feel well or not, which is most important because if you feel fine, and don't have lingering hypo or even hyper symptoms, there would be no reason to be concerned in any way.

If, however, you are not feeling well, then it would be advisable to try to get your GP to test the Free T3. This will, in conjunction with your clinical signs and symptoms, tell you how you are really doing.

Do please come back and tell us a little bit of background including how you feel at present. I have a suspicion that you may not be feeling really right, otherwise you would not be here. I could be totally wrong, of course. Looking forward to hearing a little more,

Marie XX

Hi marram thanks for replying no don't feel well still have hypo symptoms, really tired all the time .I started taking levo at night about Nov last year and find it better for me mostly because I remember to take couldn't get into a routine b4 and was regularly forgetting. Was thinking of asking the doc to test my t3.I had vits tested end of last year as well and b12 came back at 260 but doc said was fine, have since read that should be higher so will ask about that too.
