Can anyone enlighten me please , why do I have pain, tightness and pinching to my thyroid gland area, does this mean

im the same.have had tightening in my neck for weeks.with lumps above and below thyroid gland + sore throat,cough (at night lying down)voice husky and sometimes lost voice.dr asked if I had voice probs-said no but I do have now.what are TSH T3 and T4?

Not sure but know the TSH test is useless thats why there are so many sick people - T4, I think is the storage inactive thyroid hormone, and T3 is the active hormone - A lot of people have trouble converting T4 to T3 , because they have a broken working system in the cells - a Cellular problem - The TSH blood test does NOT tell how much thyroid Hormone is usable at cell level Anbuma
