Hi yes sorry, at this present time i am on levo, suffering grratly ewith anxiety vertigo etc tsh ok, tried to add t3 to the mix but gave be terrible adrenaline rushes, so i am going to give armour a try and wanted to know what strength do i order and what is a good starting dose.

What dose of T 4 are you on? 1 grain of NDT is roughly equivalent to between 75 and 100mcg of thyroxine. Some people are able to start on 1 grain but I had to starters slowly on 1/2 a grain. I did get terrible anxiety to start with ANC each time I increased but it did eventually settle down. Xx
