Swapping from Levo to Armour - how best to do it?

My endo is swapping me from 100mcg Levothyroxine to 1 1/2 grains of Armour. What's the best way to switch over? Do I stop Levo one day and start Armour the next? Do I start straight away on the full 1 1/2 grains? Feeling a bit nervous so any advice very welcomed!

Start with a low dose and build it up, do not under any circumstances go directly to the full dose of NDT. I started on 1/4 grain for two weeks then 1/2 grain for two weeks and so on. I could barely believe it when I started to feel better even on a low dose!!

Whereas 25 mcg T3 is approximately equal in effect to one grain of Natural Desiccated Thyroid… And whereas one grain of most brands of NDT contains 38 mcg T4 and 9 mcg T3 (Canada’s Erfa is 37/8)… And if you want to move from T3 to NDT…. Drop approximately 10 mcg of T3 (if you are just using the 5 or 10 mcg tablets) or 12.5 mcg of T3 (if you are using the 25 mcg pill) and add a grain of NDT Soon, the 38 mcg of T4 is going…
