statins/tsh

I had a total thyroidectomy 20 years ago due to thyroid cancer, so my tsh levels are kept very low, usually 0.03 or sometimes even lower.

As I have high cholesterol recently I was put on atorvastatin. Bloods were checked today and tsh has gone up to 2.75 though still in range. Could this be the statins?? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
