I'm not sure as they both do the same thing. Best thing is ring your local chemist and ask the pharmacist as they can both be bought over counter so they will know

i take buscopan sometimes with colpermin. but before i did take them together i asked my pharmacists advice and they said that it was fine.

A word of warning about Buscopan I have Clocoma and was told not to use this as it can raise the pressure on the eye
