Ibs or bile salt malabsorption ?

Having read many posts and being diagnosed ibs/diverticulosis I recently had a bile salt test and was told that was the problem after all these years of suffering with my stomach

D prodominant can anyone shed any light on the subject have been given questran to take on codeine at the moment ..

Hello yes i was told that i was not producing enough at told to take questran is that the same as ox bile??

Also i didnt say but i have not had any surgery and still have my gall bladder
