I`ve seen on programmes like CSI, & read in horror fiction about people being so scared that their hearts give out. Does that mean that someone could die during a panic attack?, even if there`s nothing wrong with their hearts. This question has bothered me for years, & when I used to have regular panics I would wonder if I was going to die.

the quick answer is no, i read up on this also as i have anxiety, although it feels like you could die you will be fine. the more you think about the worse the attack will be
