I'm 71 and have had it for four years but since keeping a minutely detailed food diary, am much better. The help I have found, reading other peoples letters and comments on this site, has been invaluable in identifying foods that cause it and natural cures. I've popped onto other sites such as the Mayo Clinic and every time I get more ideas and add that to my self help list to try out. What appears to be a brick wall of unpredictable ill health, begins to have chinks in it and they grow bigger.
