A few years ago I had a yellow discharge after passing stools ,it would happen within half hour of moving about and it would make my anus red .I had my gallbladder out a few years back my stools went really soft and messy but this is caused by no gallbladder but never had discharge .all of a sudden it's come back so I have been looking at ox bile which is meant to help digest fats ,has anyone had this issue and used ox bile supplements before .Will maybe have to see doctor but had no answers last time I seen them years ago

I had my gallbladder removed over 45 years ago. I really have to watch fats, no saturated ones, I just use Olive oil and Rapeseed oil, don't eat meat and keep away from processed foods which contain fats. I don't take Ox Bile or anything being vegetarian, it's better to stick to a low fat diet.

Probably best to go to your doctor and get tested for BAM (bile acid malabsorption):
